Order wasn't sent next day as expected after spending 1/3rd of the cost on delivery. Nothing delivered for a week now. No reply to multiple emails. Thankfully my email was a relatively small amount.

I paid 3 times the price of minimum shipping to get extra fast shipping (1-2 days) and 7 days later no sign of the item. No response from their customer service to my email and their landline is disconnected.
