So unreliable and a bad company.DONT USE THEM!!! they have posted a review for us, despite they never used our services. We take great pride in delivering high-quality work and always welcome genuine feedback from real clients.

We cannot recommend PM-UK. Timeline of our experience:

They made a booking with us After the booking they stopped responding to emails — we attempted contact several times to confirm the job. On our final call they said they no longer wanted the service. As a professional courtesy we still sent a team to collect the items as a goodwill gesture, which incurred time and cost on our side. The whole interaction was unprofessional and inconsiderate: no advance notice, repeated non-responses, and a cancellation only after we’d mobilised staff. Based on this experience we wouldn’t trust them for reliable service. Do not rely on them if you need clear communication and a company that follows through.

As a tree surgery contractor I’m impressed with the proactive attitude towards ensuring trees are safe on the sites PMUK manage.
The staff have always been polite and friendly.

I am a leaseholder of a flat in a complex in Canterbury. PM-UK became our second Service Managers and unlike the first lot, they actually DID things for us! We had our windows washed for the first time in over a year, our shabbily built and unmaintained gate was finally fixed to a high standard and they were always polite and helpful. Unfortunately, they are resigning soon, but I have nothing but praise for them.

We have been under PMUK since we bought our flat & they've not fixed many problems. But the REAL issue is when they charged us an extortionate service charge (talking like 65%). THEN they added on a 1.4k gas charge that actually belonged to the tenants before we moved in.

So in a nutshell they will do half ass jobs until its time to spend an extortionate amount to fix it. Then their incompetant staff who can't organise a story between themselves will charge your tenants / buyers a ridiculous amount for services they did not infact use.

Terrible Experience with PMUK

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with PMUK. After enduring two years of their services, they abruptly resigned from our block. Their incompetence in handling basic tasks like repairs and maintaining operational car gates was evident throughout. The shoddy workmanship resulted in constant malfunctions, leaving the car gates out of action for extended periods and substantial costs.Despite paying for cleanliness, the block remained filthy internally and externally and their promised local presence was nonexistent.

The final straw was a severe breach of privacy when they “mistakenly” emailed everyone's private email addresses to over 100 clients/neighbours just weeks ago.

The staff, mainly Justin, are paid to assist, yet they exude an air of arrogance.

If you value your data and professionalism, I strongly advise against employing this company.

PMUK don't do any of the things they say. No ground maintenance, no repairs, no inspections. The bulk of fees collected are allocated to Management Fee's i.e. profit. Very soon these types of Residents Associations will become illegal.
