I was told that the delivery day was Thursday so I waited for it all day. It arrived on Friday morning whilst I was at work and my security camera caught the delivery driver drop the package from his shoulder into the floor onto one edge of the parcel!!!
He then left the package behind my bins with it sticking quite a way out, with it on view from the road. Luckily I’m at the end of a cul-de-sac and the keyboard is un damaged. I certainly won’t be buying anything from you unless I can pick it up from the store.

Notification of delivery and I was not in either occasion when delivery was attempted. Now have a long journey to collect item. Not very helpful at all.

The guitar is fantastic and arrived promptly. I wish the action was lower but not a big deal and in fairness, it’s normal for a new guitar. Very satisfied with the guitar and the price.

Really fantastic service! On Saturday I wanted to get a flight case for a session on Monday. My local store (Birmingham) did not have one there but said Manchester had one and they could get it to me on a Sunday delivery....and they did! I've just recieved it.
Hugh was the person in Birmingham who sorted this out. He was brilliant and I am so thankful and very impressed.

Simple and easy to navigate and to make transactions on the website , my order came a little bit quicker than predicted which was a day before the expected delivery date , the package was well packed for the safety of the product , it was also delivered by safety and care by the parcel company which I’ve had an excellent experience in receiving my product

Me and my brother in law rang the store in Bristol as we were not sure on something about a drum kit I bought so we rang up as we didn't know what delivery date would be. The person on the phone re assured us it will arrive within two more weeks. Very polite as well.
