The tires arrived in good condition. The contact and support respond within 1–2 days — it's either AI or in a foreign language, but they do reply. Delivery takes up to 10 days, and I’m satisfied.
I ordered two tires for my motorbike. Everything was perfect and fast, but I recieved two packages in two days. I would prefer delivering in one package in one day.

Delivered different tires and refused to refund/change
They delivered different tires than ordered. When we checked it and discovered that they are not the tires we ordered and paid for we wanted to change it or refund. They told us, that there was only 14 days term and that there is nothing to be done. So they made mistake and refused to make it right. Strongly advise not to buy from this shop.

Very bad epxerience
Very bad epxerience, they dont send money back if they send you wrong tyres. After 3 months they sent only half.
Than, they are sending these automatic answers like bellow but never do anything about it.
