Mounted products cannot be replaced or refunded as stated in our sales conditions.
Unfortunately our warehouse has not accepted your claim. The goods must be checked immediately upon reception and if damage should be claimed immediately, here the report of the defective rim came a week later.

Completely useless and unreliable customer service. No way of contacting them directly, only via a form to which you receive nothing but automated replies. I have never dealt with a less transparent company than this.

I ordered 4 tires on december 05 2019
I ordered 4 tires on december 05. On december 17 2 of the 4 tires were delivered but the remaining 2 are supposed to be somewhere in Germany. The customer services hasn't answered my requests for updates in 9 days. I'll wait a few more days and then if nothing happens I'll file a report with police for fraud. I've been buying stuff on-line for over 20 years now and this has been, by far, the worst customer experience ever.

They sent me 2 wrong tires, I asked to have the correct ones I ordered but they no longer have them in stock!, after one month they haven't picked up the wrong tires yet and they haven't repaid me yet, no after-sales service!, worst site to buy tyres, Stay away from this site!!
