Timing on processing if withdrawal was fairly frustrating

Everything is okay except the withdrawal takes 3 business days which is ridiculous, they need to upgrade this part so withdrawals take minutes and not days. All in all everything is okay.

I withdrew on Friday 30th August, 2024, and received the funds on Thursday, 05th September, 2024. This needs to be improved. In Bet365, it only takes 24 hours for funds to be processed.

My latest experiences are the drawbacks. 1. Upon doing a bet their system do additional deduction from your balance. For example I made K5 bet and K10 was deducted from my balance. Next I did a K10 bet and an additional K10 was deducted also. A complaint was sent and their customers care went silent. 2. When their traffic is high it's difficult to make a bet. Maybe it's the time-frame in withdrawing funds to players account sometimes takes more time. And also there is a restriction in depositing funds to players individual account. Please liase with Kina Bank to get this sorted. Seems like this Bank has blocked all incoming and outgoing transaction.
