Worst Online Betting Experience
Very slow in processing withdrawals. I takes 2-3 business days and more if it's a weekend. Other websites like Bet365, it takes about an hour and the money is already in your account.
Also, I deposited K125 and it showed that it was successfully deposited. The money was deducted from my bank account but my balance on PNG Bet is still K0. I emailed asking for this to be fixed and there has been no reply. Very poor service. I have been robbed of K125. Up until now, I don't know if I'll get my K125 back or if my account will be funded. I hope to get my money returned or I will take further action.

Responding to emails very bad
Responding to emails very bad, poor and slow. Receiving high number of emails is just another lame excuse by them. Even sports bonus don't work when placing bets. No one seems to be there to answer anything. Wish they have live chat. After this review they will respond to this with another lame excuse.
