Their support system is quite different from others. I mean when I need ask questions, they have kinda automatic support which gives pretty good answers but sometimes it doesn't give information clearly and after that i need to wait and get in touch with a live support team.
Live support is much better but it takes some time to get a response from them! Anyway, I don’t have serious complaints! :)
