I had been ordering a monthly flea / tick treatment for my cat for nearly a year - everything was going great. Then, the company started mailing my orders to my old address (which I had gotten removed from my account). The company openly admitted in email that it was a tech error on their side, and how sorry they were. I repeatedly asked for a refund as I had not received my last 3 months of orders because of THEIR TECH ERROR THAT DELIVERED TO AN OLD ADDRESS. They completely stopped emailing me, leaving me without any resolution or response. I must have sent them follow up emails 3-5 times. ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM! Honestly so unprofessional, they will do anything to get your money.

Total waste of time and money. After going round the houses with suggestions on the symptoms my dog was presenting I was told to take him to my vets because they couldn’t prescribe anything. Tried selling me some very expensive supplements, one of which said not to be given to dogs if presenting with one of the symptoms I’d described. When I questioned this they just ignored me and left it in the basket. Don’t bother with this service, save your money for the vets where they will actually listen to you and likely prescribe you with the necessary medication, if required.

Do not use this service if you need prescription meds for your pet. I was looking for a virtual vet because my cat has a flu and I did not want her to leave the warmth of her home to travel to a vet. I was looking for a repeat on some antibiotics I have used in the past. You may as well save £20 and google the symtoms and get a homeopathic remedy or actually take your animal to a vet since " antibiotics or anti-virals are the only treatment for cat flu/colds & can only be prescribed by the vet examining the animal- unfortunately, being a remote service, this is not something we can do for you"

I was more than pleasantly surprised by the rapid response to my 'out of hours' logged consultation query. I was very impressed by the standard of care I received. That although the live chat wasn't working properly, the vet called me directly to ensure I received the best care and treatment for my dog.
Unfortunately, there were problems with webiste when trying to order the medication. This led to a transaction being taken without knowing and having to book a consultation just to ask for a refund. There is no contact info anywhere.
I had to wait anxiously for 48hrs for the refund.
This was disappointing as I was so impressed by the consultations.
I'm sure that these were teething problems and will be resolved quickly in order for PocketVet to fully give excellent service and value for money.
I will still recommend using this service.

Absolutely fantastic for £9.99 a month it’s worth it. Staff are amazing, I received brilliant advice and doing it all online from home was just even better. 110% would recommend to anyone.
