Fraud app. They are not letting me withdraw around 10 lakhs. Planning to take them to court

Neither pocketbits app nor the site is working and my fund is stuck in it this. Its a big fraud. Need to seek legal help on how to get the funds back and put the fraudsters behind bars.

Neither pocketbits app nor the site is working and our fund is stuck in it this is totally fraud for the users how can someone stolen the money of several users . Govt should take strict action against them

I am trying to log in from last 2 weeks but cannot loggin in. Chat support is not working . I have got funds inside Dont know what to do now . Biggest mistake depositing funds before . can any body help me out

The website is not accessible any more. My funds are locked in. The only option is to open the support page and that also is not working. Im contemplating giving a criminal complaint against them. If anyone else wants to join in, let me know. Let's make sure justice is served really well.

Very disappoint with the service

The website is fraud and scamming people . i have my fund in this and not able to withdraw the amount . they have deactivated the withdrawals and deposit is still activated . when contacted customer care they said , they are resolving and blaming government for freezing funds . don’t fall prey to this website .

My money has been stuck. No withdrawal since last year. Also they have deducted TDS on crypto sell which has not been deposited to IT dept. Fraud company

In the initial days, I respected pocketbits for being a user friendly Crypto trading app. Eventually, I'm disappointed with the support. They don't acknowledge the your problem, instead they keep on repeating the same statements like a bot. And there is a 20k limit to withdraw my own money from there. And the limit refreshes once in 30 days. Absolutely frustrated with this company. I introduced about 20 people to this platform, I will be taking all of them out along with me. I placed a withdrawl request on 10 June, 1 week later I'm still waiting without any update. I raised a support ticket, it is yet to be assigned to a tech support person 1 day later.

I have not been able to withdraw my funds for the past several months. Their customer support initially assured me that they were working on resolving banking issues and mentioned a long list of compliance requirements to be followed. However, they have now stopped responding to any of the support tickets I’ve raised. I’ve suffered a significant financial loss because of these fraudulent individuals, and I have no idea how to catch the owners. I'd even recommended them to my friends and colleagues. What a blunder!!!

This is totally fraud application. People please don't belive them and don't lose your valuable money. They are completely scam. Humble request to government, please find this kind of fraudulent application and save people from them. Share more this kind fraudulent awareness to poor people. So that they will aware and secure their money. JaiHind...

So at last pocketbits has scammed its customer. No INR withdrawal, no customer support, it seems the company has closed down and escaped with customers money.

Yes pls don't trust this platform big time scam i lost my money like anything.. it is not money my entire credibility and self esteem washed away because the big loss i faced due to this platform.. it is my humble request safeguard your assets

Not giving payouts . Big time scammers. Customer service is super useless.

I am a handicap person n they are just harassing me for my payouts my payout us for approximately 6 n they are asking me to deposit 2 for withdrawal . Whereas I have also asked them to deduct 2 from my existing account n transfer me the balance however the company is still bent on harnessing a physically disabled person.

Don't go for this application, this app will not allow to withdraw money and they limits to withdraw and so seek approval with their customer care for withdrawing your own money.

One of the main advantages of Pocketbits is their customer support. If we're facing any issue they are always there to help us instantly. Keep doing this amazing work guys :)

Customer Support is Very Poor and also no one response and reply to solve my problem. Customer Service is Very Rude. This is not working properly to Solve Problem from People. Please don't use this app. What is going on you people should do something. Big regret I didn't expect from you. Thank very much for annoying service and Awkward.
