Slow delivery
Sorry to say that after I placed my order 10 days ago as yet I have not received the item I purchased. It was intended as a gift for a friend who is going travelling. I have not used this company before and now am unlikely to do so again due to slow delivery.

Victorinox are quality and this is no exception. The only draw back was the slow delivery and what I would surmise as damage to outer packing caused by Royal Mail to outer packaging which made it look a tatty gift... the inner product was however fine.

Thank you for the extra information. It is appreciated. We allow half the staff to have the Christmas period off, so this results in longer processing times at this time of year. Hence the delay in processing your order, I do apologise for this.
We're in the process of employing more staff and moving to a 7 day a week operation, so these delays shouldn't happen going forward.
I apologise for the squashed package. I'll review the packing we use and see if we can improve on it.

Pocket dump always has great stuff at great prices, they would have got 5 stars if they did not use Parcel Force who put a note through the door saying the parcel was at the local post office when my wife was in the hallway she ran out and the driver was in the van she went into traffic and confronted him asked him why he had not knocked he handed her the parcel through the van window and sped off without answering his questions. Also I was expecting this parcel before XMAS. it was in their depot for 5 days Pocket Dump please change your delivery company!!!!

Excellent range of products available as usual with very competitive prices. Had a few problems with Parcel Force delivering the items to my home address, but had good support and helpful advice from the supplier in obtaining the items which arrived a little late but in good condition. Overall an excellent company to deal with and fully recommend to others.
