Chertsey branch - fantastic service!

Visited the Chertsey store for a Samsung S10+ screen replacement and was helped by Anuj.

His general service (politeness, helpfulness, friendliness, attention to detail and communication) was all top-notch!

He is a credit to PocketGeek and I'd definitely use them again due to this staff member.

Visited pocket geek store in Wimbledon

Visited pocket geek store Wimbledon . Got my Samsung S21 ultra fixed . Process was very smooth . Brilliant communication throughout the process.
Thanks Manu for brilliant customer service.

Manu at Wimbledon store has been…

Manu at Wimbledon store has been incredibly helpful in getting me a new IPad and transferred all my data on to it which I couldn’t do. I also previously bought a Doro phone from him which I am very happy with.

Manu is polite, kind, patient and helpful. I know I will return if I need more help.

It took three attempts in as many…

It took three attempts in as many months for these inept merchants to replace my iPad Pro battery. When they finally succeeded, they left the digitiser permanently damaged.
Unpleasant and unprofessional staff that I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole
