Customer Service

My query about aspects about my account was dealt very quickly when I emailed the Podbean Team. I really appreciated their very professional yet friendly communication when I felt I had overcomplicated things. Even when I did not immediately take action as a follow up on my account, they emailed me to make sure I had received their first email and that if I was on track with my login. Thank you. Most highly recommended platform for everyone interested in podcasting.

Would not return the $348 they charged…

Would not return the $348 they charged me and I don't use them anymore. Impossible to speak to a real person. If they were honest they would return my money and cancel my account but they are not.

Top notch support team

Hard to say enough positive about PodBean support team. Nearly immediate response, first pass always is ready-made answer kit, usually enough. If more questions, often get the answer right away. If not, they kick it upstairs and the tech expert replies. That usually settles it. Occasional there's just some things the system isn't designed to do. That's life. But the support is tops.

Truly excellent customer support

I had a small problem with the app, which I have been using for 5+ years. It's a great podcast app and I find it to be the easiest to use. I decided to reach out to customer support for the first time to see if they knew why it was occuring and if it could be helped. It was really easy to find the contact info for help with issues in the app tabs. Within three minutes, someone from Podbean support had replied to my email on a Saturday morning! The tone of it was personal and super friendly, so it was obviously an actual person sending the response. They gave me a possible solution to my problem that was easy to understand. Three days later, they again reached out to make sure my problem had been fixed. Genuinely, this was one of the better customer support experiences I can recall having. And it's a superb app that I look forward to using for many more years.

The Podbean app did not record

The Podbean app did not record. No person at the support ticket center could tell me why. I tried it again as they requested and had the same problem. The app shows a recording time clock but nothing gets recorded. This should be an easy solution. There is no person to chat with to get you started if needed.
