Great customer support

I made a few mistakes trying to sign up for a recurring patron donation. I dreaded the process I would have to go through to correct it and thought I would need to go through my credit card company. First, I gave the contact email at podbean a try. They got right back to me with a solution. When I procrastinated a few days, they followed up to check on my progress. I followed their directions and solved my problems quickly. Great job.

Apple Issues Resolved

The Customer Service/ Technical Support I received was wonderful! The email responses were quick and helped me to realize what the problem was. FYI, if you have an Apple product you are trying to sign up with Podbean, it’s best to sign up with your email first and then allow FaceID/ automatic password. If you set it up the other way first, your account will not have an email and you will be limited on what you can do. (You will not be able to verify your email.)

Podbean made using your…

Podbean made using your own domain easy to do as an old man with no computer skills. My host also needed to understand the process. It was easy to share Podbeans instructions with my domain host so that they also understood their part of the process.

Prompt and very helpful

Whenever I've had any issues ( which is pretty rare ), Podbean has been very quick to act.
This is mostly if having to set up on a new platform, such as recently when Google podcasts changed to You Tube Music.

I had to migrate my podcast due to…

I had to migrate my podcast due to Acast abruptly changing their TOS after I was a client for 5+ years and they dropped me with no real consideration. Podbean has been so incredibly helpful, and quick to respond, to help me get my podcast back up and running and I am incredibly grateful to them for that
