Wow- great customer service

Wow- great customer service. Our sauna heater malfunctioned the second time we used it. I called the customer service line (they have actual people who answer it!), and Diana was so helpful. She got the replacement sent out the next day. It came rapidly and we are getting to know our new Sauna Pod and enjoying it. Great company. Thank you!

I was very skeptical to buying this…

I was very skeptical to buying this online but I end up calling which I so appreciate talking to a human being and Ricardo was amazing to talk to. He made me feel at ease about buying this and he was so accommodating. I look forward to receiving this. This was all about the service I received. It is so nice to have a company that actually has people who will talk to you and know what they're talking about when they're trying to sell you something. Thank you Ricardo. You are the best!

I’ve been a loyal customer of The Pod…

I’ve been a loyal customer of The Pod Company for four years, and my recent experience reminded me exactly why. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley, who helped guide me through upgrading all of my pod products—and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Ashley truly went above and beyond. Ashley took the time to understand my needs, addressed every concern with patience and expertise, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and the professionalism and care really stood out.

I couldn’t be happier

I couldn’t be happier. I was gifted the basic set up. As a first time plunger I was hesitant about the whole thing. I am a big fan now. Ana at the POD office was fabulous in helping me understand a few things about the system. Highly recommend, great from beginning to end.

Great Products and Customer Service to Match

I was looking to upgrade my chiller but I was on the fence about the newer model. Ashley reached out and was super helpful. We communicated for a few days via text messages and she provided me with the upgrade info for the new Chiller 2.0 that I was having trouble finding on the internet. Since I received my new chiller I can confirm all of the positive things she said about it. I am very happy with my Ice Pod products. Thank you again Ashley. 🤗

They go above and beyond.

They go above and beyond.. any type of questions you have. They take really good care of there customers.. super happy with my Sauna pod 2.0 they are making it possible for people who want a Finnish style sauna to hit 185 degrees.. without spending a fortune for a custom built one.

Damaged package…resolved

The package I received had liquids and was damaged. I sent an email and Diana responded and was able to help me get a replacement for the bottle of liquid that was lost. Everything was so seamless and Diana was understanding and quick! I’m hoping not to have to contact customer service again but if all are like Diana then I have the utmost confidence in the quality of service I will receive.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish. The level of customer service was outstanding from Ashley who text me after I started a cart with the Pod Company. She was responsive, helpful, and never pushy. She took the time to answer all my questions, which gave me the confidence to move forward with my purchase.

I had a great experience with The Pod…

I had a great experience with The Pod Company and their team. I ran into an issue with a cracked chip piece, but they handled the situation quickly and professionally. Since it was under warranty, they took care of the replacement without any hassle, which I truly appreciated.

Giorgi was fantastic throughout the entire process—very responsive, helpful, and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. It’s not always easy dealing with issues like this, but their customer service really stood out.

I’m very grateful for how everything was handled and would definitely recommend The Pod Company to others.
