Very good experience overall.
The Pod Point installation team arrived on time and gave a clear, brief overview of the work beforehand. The installation was completed within the agreed time, with a good standard of finishing throughout. I appreciated being involved in key decisions during the process. Very smooth experience and well handled.

Podpoint Installation

Happy with the product, the installer was very professional and efficient.

Unfortunately, the advertised installation date wasn't 2 to 3 weeks it was initially 4 weeks. Fortunately, after various calls and a cancellation it was completed in 2 weeks.

Not sure about paying upfront and without a installation date, but all worked out in the end. 😊

Fantastic support from Jorge Alo

Fantastic support from Jorge Alo. She under poor phone line service still managed to give me the necessary information required. Connection to the Pod charger after her great advice set me on my way again.

Battery charger issue

Poor customer service - AI generated response

We have had a charger on site for a number of years, seemed to work ok, last year it lost contact with the dash board and so we can no longer monitor users. That's when issues started , have been trying for 2 months to get the issue resolved, just get emails back saying it has been sent to a department to resolve, never is, than we get emails they have not heard from us for 5 days, so attempt to close the ticket. When we contact them we get the same AI generated crap about being sorry and they will pass it on to resolve .... never is .
