Met Dan for the first time this week…

Met Dan for the first time this week and straight away I was put at ease with the pleasant welcome. A very thorough and professional man that put all his findings into words that I could understand. His explanation of the reasons for my pain and the follow up were clear. I would highly recommend Dan and his practice to all who need help.

Borders Podiatry & Performance Clinic Initial Visits

I have been a patient of Borders Podiatry & Performance Clinic for a few months now and am very impressed by the standard of cleanliness and attitude of staff in the practice. My podiatrist, Daniel was absolutely fantastic on my first visit, explaining everything regarding the treatment of my nails and condition of my feet. Just had my second visit and once again, I couldn’t fault a single thing. I look forward to having a long association with Daniel and this practice.

Very frindly and very competent

I have been seeing Dan for several years regarding in - growing toenails.

I have sometimes had to see the NHS podiatry team on other issues, and have come to realise how much I appreciate Dan's friendly as well a s highly competent approach.

The effort Dan and his wife wife have made to improve their business, to move to larger premises and to employ a receptionist has made the business of attending appointments etc. even more agreeable.

Knee injury

I have been struggling with a knee injury for a couple months so decided to get some private physio. Ryan was great at the first appointment and assessing my knee. I will be continuing my recovery with weekly appointments with Ryan. Staff were very helpful getting me booked in at a time that was convenient to myself, and couldn’t be more helpful, great clinic to have in the Scottish Borders.

Helpful friendly experience

Having thick, unsightly toenails which I couldn't cut myself I made an appointment quickly and easily online.
Received both text and email reminders for appointment.
Arrived feeling a bit apprehensive was put at ease the minute I walked into the shop.
Nails were quickly filed and cut.
Was given advice on how to keep on top of them myself but looked amazing after they were done and wouldn't hesitate to go back whenever they need done again in future.
Helpful advice, lovely friendly person and would highly recommend to others.

Good communication within clinic.

Initially seeing Ryan for an Achilles injury, after a thorough investigation he referred me to Dan for a scan of the injury. I was reassured by the professional dialogue between physio and podiatrist -it is clear they communicate in order to find the best treatment plan for clients.Following then scan, Dan advised the best way forward which was a set of rehab exercises.
Thank you, gents! Hopefully I'll be running again one day soon. Highly recommend Ryan and Dan.

I had my 1st appointment with Dan

I had my 1st appointment with Dan. Having never been to a podiatrist before wasn't sure what to expect. But he put me at ease and sorted out my foot problem in no time at all. He is very knowledgeable about all foot related problems which helped me a lot. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends. Will definitely go back if my foot needs attention again.

Highly Recommend

This was my second visit to Dan for a different running issue. It’s so interesting listening to him explain the diagnosis and why. I was given exercises that were clearly explained and demonstrated. I was also given advice on the type of trainer that would help, so unfortunately I had to buy new pair of trainers….🤪🎉. I am so pleased with the improvement I’ve experienced after just a few weeks. I would highly recommend the clinic for any foot problems. Thank you
