Thank you very much Podium! The organization was the best that it could be, all thanks to you! I can't find the words to describe how great the wedding was. From the flowers, to the table decorations, to the DJ and music, to the cocktail hour and especially your demeanor towards Metodi and I 🙂 The decorations inside as well as outside in my home were beautiful and everything that we discussed, you did it exactly the way Metodi and I wanted it which resulted in our beautiful wedding. There is not one negative thing that I can say about the wedding. Its been 2 weeks since our wedding day. We chose Podium, aka Macedonia wedding planning due to the fabulous reviews on their website.

We got in touch with two girls who were very interested in doing some aspects of our wedding planning. We made initial payment and signed the contract as early as September 2015, for our wedding on the 26.06.2016.

As late as March 2016 we found out that the church was not booked yet ( while 60 invitations were already sent by us). Thats where we began to question their honesty.

To put it in a few words, we scratched the surface and underneath it was not shiny at all.

2 weeks prior to the wedding they moved our boat ride from 2pm to 5pm - while dinner was scheduled at 6pm. We decided to find another boat from 2pm, but the wedding planner charged us 100 euro penalty :). So ironic, since it was them who altered the schedule without consulting us.

We requested a cake, with a picture, by email. We wrote that we want 60 cupcakes, with specified sizes, and a tier. We expected a tower, but received a small stander with 25 cupcakes and a tier that could not stand by its own... Just what newlyweds with 60 guests need.

The price we paid for the cake and the outcome are far from reality. What a dishonest way to snatch money from a customer.

Our theme was "Mint green" and the napkins we approved were light beige - but, this wedding planner decided to use her creativity in the best possible manner and put dark red napkins as a supplement.

We have submittet payment for 2 wedding planners and a hotel stay for both - in cold cash - but only 1 showed up. The excuse for Planner 1 was that she has her own wedding, right after ours, so she suddenly had to step out. Planner 2 started to arrange the venue just 1,5 hour before the dinner.....what can we say - she looked like she never tried a similar situation with her 5 years of experience. And no, the venue was not ready when the guests arrived. Some of our guests had to step in to arrange the tables. We have not received a refund for the planner that did not show up.

The wedding planner was rude to our guests and our phothographers. We hadn't noticed this, but were told by our guests.

We are thankful for the following: the location, the choice of dj and live band as well as disco lights.

We regret that we chose this wedding planner. It was a very good communication in the beginning, but extremelly stressful the weeks close to the date when it was too late to find someone else. We really had high expectations and beleived in their work.

We didnt let this spoil our day and had a blast of a party, but felt the need to share our experience.
