Ok, here we go. This is my genuine experience, I can prove everything, feel free to contact me :-)

Firstly, ever wonder why there review scores are so high? The pressure you into taking a photo and leaving a review BEFORE you leave with your "new" vehicle, weird and deceptive. Really really evasive when you have a problem (I had lots), and the worst purchase I have ever made. The stress was unreal, it was 3 months ago and I have only just recovered from it all. They also asked for half the money in cash which i foolishly did, I BEG YOU, PAY ON A CREDIT CARD FOR YOUR PROTECTION if you deal with these clowns.

Here is what was wrong with the vehicle provided by Podum. A manual from the wrong model of Transit, 2nd key didn't work (basically a fake key), faulty glow plugs, both rear drive shafts faulty, all brake pads down to the metal, front disks damaged by worn pads, injector number 1 faulty. Over £2000 pounds of repairs to this vehicle that Podium had to pay, since then, alternator replaced, new battery at my expense. I contacted that AA who are affiliated with Podium, not particularly interested. I would have returned my vehicle if they hadn't quickly sold my PX :-(

I foolishly trusted them, that's on me. The vehicle was described by my trusted local garage who did all the repairs that I have used for years (Avancer Redditch) as one of the worst vehicles they have ever seen that has "just been serviced" and was should not be driven from a safety point of view. I'll repeat, the vehicle that Podium provided to me was unsafe to drive, and needed over £2000 of repairs.

Very bad experience overall ... The Van was bought online and paid for in full . Took a week to come and well was very disappointing in appearance. Oped the cab and glove box and cigarette lighter fell away as opened. A long list of issues that I wasn't told about on phone bits falling off van and missing.. Main one was milage . The .m.ot .certificate was catalogued in km not miles so now that's a problem on resale which this company had organised. Poor customer service never deal with them again . My service guy is sorting out now at quite an extra cost. Steering wheel looks like the dog started eating it and main key is a joke. Back door broken ....

Bought a white Ford EcoSport in October. Raised issues with the car on day one, but the dealer didn’t respond for weeks. I never received the V5 and still haven’t.

Due to the lack of response and how long everything dragged on, the finance company has now unwound the agreement. I’ve been waiting over two weeks for the car to be collected and it’s still just sitting there.

Terrible communication from start to finish and a very stressful experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealer.
