Right from the start

Right from the start; the communication between us and the Point’s representatives, was(is) extremely on target. I loved the process. Education is extremely important. Love the ‘dashboard’ concept. Very important to stay on task.
I highly recommend this organization.

Made it easy

I was kept up to date every step of the way which made it much easier. I had no clue what paperwork I needed and Mela made the process much easier.

All around awesome experience!

Everyone I dealt with at Point was a pleasure, especially Jennifer Amador and Amber Berry. Point is very fortunate to have these women on its Team. The Mortgage Process

The entire team of representatives for Point were patient, understanding and helpful.

They did their part to navigate the complex and dependency issues associated with the mortgage process.

Some of the backend (application processes) at times provided some hurdles but, the team did a great job of helping me to understand/overcome those hurdles in a timely manner.
