Very disappointing purchasing a brand new kayak from this company, over $2000 CDN product and arrives with scuffs and nicks, they tried to relate to factory moulding process and blame shipping. The box it arrived it had a hole on side where kayak was not affected, the scuffs etc and nicks were on top of the kayak cockpit piece. Also the screw holes on right side of cockpit are not aligned for the buckle connect system, therefore causing an issue to assemble and dissemble. I advised this in writing, no response from this company and the store who supplies this product does not want to pay out of store for this warranty issue. No further word from Point 65 on this

Disappointing! emailed them asking about my second hand kayak, supplied the hull no. wished to purchased spares, 3 weeks later, they still have not replied! don't they wish to promote their company?

I have an old Point65 kayak, which I love. I purchased it second hand, but had some questions, regarding spares and other info. They have been super helpful with these and so top marks seems appropriate. I just wish they still made the same FG kayaks!
