No point betting through these money stealers because they just take your money if you have any injured player, they won’t void legs due to injury

Pointsbet have just broken a record

Pointsbet have just broken a record, they just cut me back (a losing punter) to a bet of $1.33 when asking for $10. Yes, on AFL, and it doesn't get decided for 6 months!
This is absolutely hilarious....and they have a legal licence?? $1.33??
Extraordinary!

Pointsbet is a lot more than just a scam!!!!!!

By far the biggest scam. I honestly don't even know how they even gain customers. Tried giving them a chance but that wore more thin than a toothpick. Don't sign up with pointsbet. Within the past 3 days I got 1 bonus at a higher wage. Gave it right back on smaller wages. Can't even fathom how much of a sheist this app is. DONT GIVE THEM A CHANCE.

Poor verification process

Very poor service. I provided my driver’s license as requested, yet they still claimed they couldn’t verify my profile. Then another staff member asked for my passport copy, and now they’re even asking for my Medicare details. Honestly, which company can’t verify a customer with a valid driver’s license? The process feels disorganized and excessive, and it leaves customers with no confidence in their systems. Disappointing experience.

Warning

Not that I have to tell anyone anything new but I have been betting with them for a long time and over the last few months they have started to treat me like shit for no reason it’s mad have know I dear why. Cut all bonus and make you wait ages for the chat. I’m done with them now there are heaps of other site who offer you account manager with it much better. Don’t use them not worth it for you if you want to be looked after.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Placed a live bet and told the operator 200 and he put 400. I called them to check it and they told me even though I clearly said 200 the operator said 400 back and there nothing I could do. They didn’t even offer me the money back in bonus bets.

On top of it all no where near as many markets available as other apps, I have used pretty much every betting app in Australia and have to say this was the worst one from the lot. Do not recommend downloading PointsBet.

Horrible Company to deal with

Horrible Company to deal with.

Called about a simple question, they made an excuse to void the bet, through twisting words and just being generally horrible on the phone. I've made a complaint to ACMA.

I should’nt given them 1 STAR they don’t deserved it. Used to be there VIP and still they owed me 32k .The manager of Poinstbet Noli said he send the money already through e-transfer. When I check my email and bank account did’nt see anything and keep insisting they send the money can’t do about it and it’s your bank problem not us. Then blocked and suspended my account. Now I’m on DEBT because of them ruin my credit score . Don’t trust them please! There Thief.still looking for lawyers to handle my case.

This dodgy PointsBet suspended my account when I won 18k and tried to withdraw my fund. They accused me of getting third party of funding source which is from my husband who is self excluded. Now they swallowed my 18,100 fund in the account and closed the account permanently. They shouldn’t have accepted the bet at the first place, not right after I won and wanted to withdraw the cash. The account has been fully verified since day one. This dodgy bookmaker shouldn’t be operated to scam and lure people to place a bet on their platform. Please stay away from this PointsBet
