Amazing service and support. Sent my jacket for its first annual service and also a shell swap. Very quick turnaround - only a couple of days from receipt by them so I wasn’t left without the jacket for long.
Their passion for the product is second to none.

I have just upgraded my old air jacket to a Hunter. Amazing service discussing size to help me get the right one and the process for returning old jacket. Fantastic to be able to upgrade at half price. Nothing was too much trouble. I hope not to inflate it anytime soon, but having used my old one to its full potential )-: in the past I wouldn't ride without one. Great product very comfy. Cant thank you enough.

Very helpful. Tested my air jacket (which was 4 years old), which was in working order. I had it serviced anyway and it was ready within 24 hours. Looks brand new. Only wished I'd chosen a colour now. Can recommend.

quick turn around for the point two cannisters! Shame I needed them so quickly with my horse getting colic on a ride and going down-Another cannister gone but at least i wasn't hurt or squashed!

As a novice rider I was attempting the canter and fell off the 17h horse I was riding. It’s a long way down but I was saved from serious injury by my Point Two Air Vest. I walked away without any damage and immediately ordered 2 replacement canisters which arrived within 3 days. I also asked a question via the ‘chat’ feature and was answered within a couple of minutes. Great service and a great product.

Helpful, pleasant staff, quick turnaround and I once again have a reassuringly safe and clean hi viz air jacket. It was also helpful to get an email reminding me that my air jacket’s annual service was due.

When asking questions they were answered very quickly and accurately. The staff is always really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When we need more air canisters, they always seem to have them and usually it ends up being the best price around.

Always super helpful with a quick turnaround

Extremely helpful, polite and responsive immediately to questions. The airvest is a life saver, I would not ride without it other than in the arena. As a more mature rider (!) the chances of serious injury are higher and I have had a couple of falls in the last decade that have left me with ongoing issues, but had I not had the airvest I would have been seriously hurt. I recommend them to everyone. I now have a high viz one which is perfect for riding out.
