It's true that we don't have too many offers in the Olten area at the moment. Thank you so much for your honest feedback about our deals. We do try to have each month a big variety of top deals in different categories like Restaurant, Wellbeing, Activities or Travel. So check each month the poinz app or directly in our webshop for the new deals.

First of all we would to thank you for your feedback and of course also for applying for our poinz cards. It is nice to see that we could convince you with all benefits to our cashback cards.
Secondly, we would like to explain you how the application process works: as soon as an application comes in our legal issuing partner Swisscard is checking everything and will let you know in case there is something missing or wrong entered. If everything is fine it takes - as it is written in the application - between 10-14 days untill you have your physical cards. Swisscard as well as we are giving our best to have a high quality support and also fast processes. To find out about the status of your application you can contact Swisscard here: https://www.swisscard.ch/de/kontakt.
We do wish you already now a lot of cashback and fun with other functions from poinz and we also thank you for a positive feedback as soon as you have received your cards (maybe a 1* rating here is not the fairest...).

Thank you so much for your honest feedback about your experiences with the application process of our credit cards. We really appreciate such feedbacks since it is the only way to improve our services if we do know also when something does not work as it should. Since we are legally not allowed to hand out the credit card by ourself, we do that in cooperation with Swisscard and they are in charge of the whole application as well as the invoicing part. Together we try to keep it as simple as possible but of course with all required documents. It would therefore be very helpful for us if you could share some more details about your application by mail to support@poinz.ch, so that we can check with Swisscard and improve the whole process. Thank you very much in advance.
Since there are many other ways to collect cashback over poinz you may want to check it again in the future.
