Completely inacceptable way of dealing with preorders
Completely inacceptable way of dealing with prismatic preorders, no status updates, no communications, late refund. They haven't delivered me any of the products bought and haven't even bothered with a "sorry" message or answering my complaints. Borderline scam, given that preorder cancelations need to be justified, by law, otherwise I'm just lending you money.
