I got multiple Pokemon TCG products from them and everything has come so well packaged. I would definitely recommend them. And if you want the extra protection you can opt for collectors shipping as well. Though I always rip so haven't used that.

Another failed order!
Another failed order, another broken promise, and yet somehow I'm the problem for asking about the items you promised to send. Instead of taking responsibility and putting things right, you made excuses, became disrespectful and blocked me. Clearly, you only understand business when it benefits you. A business should be built on honesty, respect and accountability, not double standards and empty promises. You expect customers to follow your rules, but when it's your turn to do the right thing, you can't handle being held accountable. I spoke up because I was let down, and instead of having the maturity to address the issue, you chose to block me. You didn't like being called out, but that doesn't make me wrong. It just shows you would rather silence a disappointed customer than honour your word. Take responsibility, keep your promises and learn to treat people with the same respect you expect from them.

Having an attitude and making mistakes is one thing, but refusing to take responsibility and blocking people when they call you out is another. It shows a complete lack of maturity and accountability. You expect people to follow your rules, respect your decisions and pay for your products, yet when you make a mistake, you refuse to put it right. That isn't how you treat customers, especially when children are the ones being disappointed. It's not about power or having the last word; it's about having the humility to admit when you're wrong and do what's right. Blocking someone doesn't erase your mistakes or make you right. It just shows you would rather silence someone than take responsibility. Your half a man. but true character is shown by how you handle your mistakes. Right now, your actions speak louder than your words.

I’m sorry the order didn’t go as expected. To clarify what happened: when the mistake was raised, I apologised and issued a full refund so you weren’t out of pocket.
After the refund had gone through, you asked me to send the items out instead. At that point I felt the refund was the right resolution, and I decided not to continue the order. I understand that was disappointing, but I wanted to make sure you weren’t left at a loss.

Recently had some fantastic experiences with PokePals. I was lucky enough to win some of the 30th anniversary raffles as well as using there buy bulk service.
The raffle system is absolutely fantastic gives people a fair chance to buy high demand product. The transparency around all the draws are an absolute highlight! And it’s great to see a community celebrate others instead of being salty they didn’t win.
The bulk buy service is also a brilliant offering. It’s quick, prices are competitive, the communication is great and the payout fast. It’s now more automated as well so you get email responses throughout the whole journey advising what’s happening and what to do next.
All in all they are great business to deal with and a side-note the Discord community they have garnered, it’s great to be a part of.

EDIT: HAVE NOW RECEIVED A REFUND AFTER CONTACTING ON FACEBOOK.
Disgrace of a company. I ordered an item which indicated shipping 2-3 days so I messaged to confirm. Was then told that the only person who could fulfil my order was on holiday.
As I needed the items sooner than 2 weeks I requested a refund. I requested this more than 3 weeks ago and have still had no response. The seller still has £150 of my money which they will not refund so I am going to have to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. Would not recommend at all. Terrible website
