The merch was a rubber wristband and a patch, not very good quality.
The slab sent had subgrading that didn't make up the overall score.

Excellent service. Fair prices all round, and excellent postage service too.
Late delivery twice, charged twice in a row with no box. No reply to my emails, messaged numerous times on Instagram. Then told no emails received and that the owner is away at the moment and that the box would be sent that day, but It wasn't. The tracking also is rubbish as is just a delivered tracking so it lets the seller know it's arrived not the consumer track it
The box started off quite cool with 5 booster packs, a graded slab, some socks, stickers and a keychain, lovely pokeball packing paper Then just defaulted to sleeves, stickers, 5 packs and a slab. The boxes are no way too small and cram everything in, the booster packs are just silver tempest, lost origins and Scarlet and violet. It's £34 a month - the packs are valued at £3 each ( £15) sleeves are £3, stickers £1 from China,. So you are paying at the low end £15 for a get graded 8 slab that you cant choose.
I've had 5 boxes I think now.
The lack of communication is what makes this product not something I can recommend, as I went £66 down and over 30 days without a reply. To be told oh sorry I will send both boxes at once. Then the next month it happened again I was charged and over 17 days passed with no dispatch and no replies to emails.
Such a shame as this was for my 5 year old who is upset when it doesn't arrive and I have to spend time chasing.
Then after complaining I was told an extra booster pack would be sent. Box arrived no booster pack, again contacted via Instagram as they don't reply to emails, told it was sent in the box, I didn't receive it....then told they believe me that I wasn't lying that they would send a replacement pack out that same day, 2 weeks later nothing ever received.
I contacted Oli again on Instagram and after a back and forth Oli then proceeded to comment on this Trust Pilot review

A negative review like that completely destroys trust in our product.
We were trying to help you out by moving your postage date and made a mistake. Normally we only ship between the 18th and 24th but made a special exception for you as you were so close to the shipping cut off date."
I was appalled that not only has Oli has the time to read my review, still didn't bother to contact me about it then has the cheek to comment on it when they have provided such terrible service.

We usually only ship between the 18th and 24th of each month.
We made a special exception for you as you were so close to the cut-off date.
We process 100s of parcels a month and this special exception was overlooked.
We’ve got absolutely no hard feelings, but your review is a bit of a kick in the teeth as we has gone out of our way to try and please you. It’s not audacity, just an honest comment from a small business about how you’ve chosen to respond to the situation.

So immediately after this I cancelled my subscription and to date no extra pack ever sent. Looking at the other reviews I'm not the only customer who had this issue.
Would you get this type of service from a big company?no. Wouldn't you get the company commented on your review? No
So this is a small business run by one guy, who doesn't reply to emails, boxes sent late, false promises of extra packs and messages you about a poor review you left
It's a shame as we enjoyed the product just not the everything else
You would think that a customer complaining would improve their business but appears not

Your customer service is absolutely disgusting, a customer complaining because you haven't sent their product after charging them twice and over 30 days passing is pretty much a standard complaint, have I complained about the product? No. I complained that you don't reply to emails, charge me £68, now publicly lie in an effort to limit damage to your brand
Everything I've said is correct, I've got the emails to prove it and I don't make false accusations towards people.

Everything I get this box I am absolutely blown away by the value of them and the sheer variety of items in the box. Always a minimum of 3 boosters along with a V card or better and I've also received stickers, sweets, a necklace and more! Brilliant service. Couldn't rate them better!

Poke parcel were quick to respond on Facebook when I had some queries. Once I ordered the box it was shipped within 24 hours and arrived very quickly. It was well packaged the content was exactly what I hoped for. I will be ordering again!
The box was recommended by a friend I was hoping for a box that appeared on the website. Which was not the case. The cards were fine the accessory wasn’t what I was expecting. The review my friend gave me was not received and probably will stop me from signing up to a subscription.

Boxes are ok but I’ve messaged to sort an issue about my account and got no response, I get emails for boxes money taken but when I try logging into my account it says no account on my email, lack of communication is making me think I should cancel my subscription as seems iffy getting emails for the box dispatch but same email having no account found

Great product, would definitely recommend, went with the standard box and can’t wait to receive the next one through subscription. Really happy with graded card and packs, even received some Japanese packs which were really cool, 10/10
