The card itself is OK at best, but would expect more for spending over 100usd on their site

The card was suppose to be a valentines gift. And it clearly said it was suppose to come delivered before valentine's if I ordered now. Delivery came 3 days after valentine's which kind of defeated the purpose of the gift.

Once received and opened up, we see a scratch on the metal card. Which they just replied is not considered a manufacturing defect and could not do anything about it.

But the biggest issue was that all their mails ended in my spam folder which is not their fault. Which ended up giving us no way to have the art preview and change requests sent. We would've liked it to be more zoomed in on us and that our outfits were taken into consideration.

They are legit, but check your spam folder if you don't see any artwork approval in your main inbox. And order far ahead of time it is a gift/present so you'll receive it in time

My experience, unfortunately, has not been good at all. I paid extra for priority processing and also paid for “Acrylic Case” and “easel display” The order took more than a month to arrive, and I didn’t receive either “Acrylic Case” or “easel display” I’ve been sending emails asking them to send me the missing products or refund my money, but they’ve disappeared into thin air. That’s theft. When you pay for something and don’t receive it, it’s a scam. So, very bad—very disappointed.

I originally wanted to get a valentines gift for my partner so I order and their own website told me it would make it on time.

A few days later I get a "Action Required" email stating that the order I got from was missing the card ( You know the card that is the center piece of the entire order ) even tho I fully customized it before hand their website just decided not to save it. They tell me to make a new order and just have the card and use this nice discount to get no shipping

So i complete the second order then reply to the original email thread saying finished but that I was confused what happend in the first place.

Low and behold all the extra money on the little accessories just got thrown in the trash because they decided to send me the card (that arived today on the 18th late) and now Im having to deal with their customer service so they can fix their second mess up and my gift to my partner just keep being delayed

I ordered well within the "guaranteed" period for valentines day delivery.. lo and behold, no delivery. Tracking is updating, and when i emailed them they responded and apologised. But no idea when i'm going to receive my order that was guaranteed! Wouldn't recommend

WEIRD!!!

It never arrived even though it said guaranteed delivery for Valentine’s Day!! I have a tracking number but it’s saying it’s still in Ohio?! Even though the site was called pokepetshop.co.uk

Sent them an email basically saying that it didn’t arrive on time yesterday and then again this morning i went to check the website and it’s saying ‘server cannot be found’ almost like they’ve closed their website down?!

HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AND THE PACKAGE IS STILL IN THE US?!

I JUST WANT WHAT I ORDERED!!

UPDATE: I USED A VPN TO SEE IF THE WEBSITE WOULD WORK AND IT DID?!! SO IM NOT SURE HOW THEYVE BLOCKED ME FROM THE SITE BUT I CAN GET ON THERE WITH A VPN?!! ALL ROUND JUST SHADY!

WE SPENT £100 ON TWO CARDS AND TWO ACRYLIC CASES FOR VALENTINES DAY :( PLEASE POKEPETSHOP IF YOU SEE THIS RECTIFY IT! I JUST WANT MY ORDER. WEVE BEEN SO EXCITED FOR THE CARDS TO ARRIVE!

Do not buy from here. I purchased 2 cards and they only sent 1.

SCAM! So much advertising about how they can deliver quick before the next big holiday- Does not apply if you order international (not from US). Should have known they would F*** me over when they automatically try to get you to pay insurance "in case the parcel goes missing". Of course my parcel is then "lost in transit". Didn't even tell me, I had to chase this up myself.
Customer service are useless. The solution they offered for above? Pay another 50% of the original price for them to resend the item they lost. 😑
DO NOT BUY from these people.

My first order they cancelled and said there were no details. I reordered in hopes of getting it in time for a Valentines day, they had an issue with my address and then said I needed to fill out customization again when I already filled everything out. I have been emailing them back and forth for almost two weeks. Terrible customer service lets see if I even get it on time correct details and all after reading everyone elses’ reviews.

Orders within guaranteed shipping for Valentine’s Day, still haven’t released my parcel. Not responding to my requests for updates. Also would need to pay import duty on an international ship to the UK, which was not clear when I ordered. Complete scam.

Ordered 18/01, sent an email with a screen shot of the details I had filled in the just to double check they had received the right information and today 29/01 had an email saying they’ve cancelled my order as I hadn’t given any details?! I’ve not got under 2 weeks to try and get another personalised gift!!!

Such amazing customer service! My first card arrived slightly damaged, and the design wasn't to my liking, so I emailed and straight away recieved the help I needed to redesign the card and get a replacement! Suoer helpful and friendly and the card I received in the end was perfect! So detailed and the text very clear, my boyfriend loves it :)

Bought from them on 9/12/24 and still no show of the product and their site doesn't help with tracking the package.

I bought from them a little while ago, and the product is amazing! It is a bit pricey but it’s worth it!
I was worried about not getting my order because I’ve seen some reviews calling it a scam and some never received their orders.
But I can assure you, that they are legit and they make sure to deliver

To be honest, I live in Germany and the Cards coming from Orlando. No one there told me that I've to pay extra Customs duties, the card was expensive enough! And now when it was delivered it was 12,18 euros extra. That's rude! I won't buy stuff there again.

The metal card was easy to customise on their website, and it was shipped to the UK within 10 days which was great.
A bit disappointed they made a mistake on my card, they added glasses on one of the characters although I selected no glasses, I suppose it wasn’t a major error, all the text was correct at least.
The card itself doesn’t look quite like on their website, it looks like they run out of ink, and the text is really tiny, I had to squint to read the text.
I still really like it, the idea is brilliant. It’s not really worth of 4 stars, but it’s definitely better than 3 stars.

Easy and very sweet gift my husband loved. He has it on display in his office.

My kids are huge Pokémon fans, and they loved designing a custom Pokémon card as a Father’s Day gift. He proudly displays it on his desk and gets many compliments on it. Easy to order and fast shipping.

I ordered a homemade Pokemon card for my husband for Father's Day I absolutely loved it it was a lot more sturdier of a card than I thought. My husband even loved it and was actually relatively surprised which doesn't happen very often.
