Laxest Management
Lately, I had problems getting paid by Poker888 while playing on Roulette Live in Italy and Germany ones. After reaching an impasse with their customer service department, I wrote a review on Truspilot. I received a polite answer from Poker888 inviting me to write about my experience in order to find a solution which I did.
They threw back my complaint to where I had a problem in communicating with in the first place.
More than three ( 3 ) customers services employees in a row, each on a different day, dealt with my complaint asking me the same demand for which I made the complaint in the first place.
It looks like their customer services have some limited power, and their management is putting them on the front line to take the heat from the customers.
I ended up closing my account. It has no meaning to keep playing on their website if they failed to pay me back less than 300 $. What if one day the amount is much bigger than that.
From my experience, I can say the following about their management:
* Laxest, Manipulator, Unprofessional, Intellectually Dishonest, Financially Dishonest, generating Insecurity in their company and towards it, Nonresponsible ( since the responsibility falls always on their employees), and for sure they have no touch with the reality.
In the end, I wonder where is the role of the Gambling Board Body Regulator and their tools to internally audit this kind of companies.
I am sorry to write this review, but when pleasure turns into frustration and when your bets are accepted but your profits are not recognized, do not be alarmed or surprised by that kind of reviews,
