Nowhere near enough stock for a TCG…

Nowhere near enough stock for a TCG business.
Received an email saying the new ascended heroes items were going live on the website at 2:30pm.
I clicked on the link in the email for the booster bundle exactly on 2:30pm. I was put immediately in a queue and was shown to be around place 500 in the queue. Not 20 seconds later it then said the items were now out of stock.
Since then I keep receiving emails saying ‘looks like you’ve left something behind’ when there’s nothing in my basket and clearly cannot purchase the item I wanted to.
I singed up for emails to get a chance of getting this item but this system sucks as clearly all the scalpers with multiple account will be doing this. The only way I get a chance of buying Pokemon at RRP is through lottery systems like Amazon.
Disappointed with this website completely and I refuse to buy anything that’s not around RRP because it’s purely scalper prices which I personally refuse to pay (some of the ETBs released not months ago are already double the price on Rand Cards).

Scam

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience buying into Ascended Heroes breaks on the Randcards / Randbreaks channel on Whatnot. After watching the stream replay back, I was left with serious concerns about transparency and overall break integrity.

Throughout the day, packs were frequently kept out of view of the camera until all spots were filled, and only then brought onto screen once it was known who had purchased which spot. While this may not have been intentional, from a buyer perspective it creates unnecessary doubt and is not what most people expect from a fully transparent break. It is seemingly also not aligned to Whatnot's policy surrounding breaks.

In one particularly concerning sequence (Break 11 / Break 12), the breaker left the room for around 10 minutes while sealed products were not visible on camera. The break boundary also became unclear, and most notably, the break number appeared to change immediately before opening the pack containing the biggest chase card (Mega Gengar). I personally held the Gengar spot in Break 11, so seeing the break number shift mid-opening without a clear explanation looked extremely poor from a buyer trust standpoint.

The pack containing the chase card was also opened noticeably slower than others, with significant emphasis placed on Gengar immediately before it was pulled. Again, this may be coincidental, but combined with the timing, it did not come across well on replay.

On top of this, there were numerous packs containing upside-down cards — something I have rarely seen happen so frequently in a single stream.

After noticing these issues, I reviewed breaks from the day before and observed similar moments where packs were removed from view once spots were filled and then reintroduced later, making it difficult as a buyer to feel confident that product handling was consistent throughout.

Breaks rely entirely on trust, visibility, and clear control of sealed product from start to finish. Unfortunately, this experience did not feel properly transparent, and it has significantly damaged my confidence in this channel.

I would strongly urge the seller to improve on-camera visibility and break structure going forward, and I encourage other buyers to watch replays carefully before participating. Something is not right.

Package assessed by customs for 2 weeks?!

I”ve ordered my package on 24th of April, still haven’t got my package, the track and trace has been saying since the 28th of april that it’s being assessed by custody. This wouldn’t take 2 weeks. As of 13th of may I still have not got my package. Contacting customer support is also useless, taking 3 days to respond and response is not useful.
