Will cancel your order for no reason

Decided they had an unlisted policy to limit the amount of items someone can buy, and cancelled my order without even bothering to have a conversation with me first. This was 4 days after I placed it. The nature of the market is time matters. It costs money.

Terrible approach, zero customer service but in a supply constrained market why treat your customers well?
