Dug out an old account I hadn’t touched…

Dug out an old account I hadn’t touched in months. Login still worked, the 30 zł balance was sat there untouched.

Verification just wanted a proof of address more recent than the old one, sent it, cleared in three hours.

Withdrew 39 zł after with no other questions, on open banking the next working day.

opened chat expecting a queue. no queue. typed my question about the pending withdrawal stage, got a quick reply before i finished re reading what id sent. agent gave me a case number and said check back in two hours. it was fixed in one.

Made there the cashier page feel simpler quietly there that time to trust before dinner for small amounts.

I asked support why the payout bar had not moved after approval.

They did not claim it would be instant.

The agent explained the next batch timing and gave the same case number for follow-up.

Not exciting, but way more useful than a pasted FAQ.
