Weekend customer service is terrible. Got stuck in the live chat queue for ages on a Saturday evening. No one seemed to be answering.

Put in for a withdrawal last week. Support told me it would be there in 48 hours. That was 6 days ago. Each time I message them they say its being processed but nothing changes.

Support kept giving me copy-paste answers to my account problem. After couple of days of this I just gave up. Would have preferred an actual conversation.

Received promotional credit via email with expiry date of next Friday. Logged in three days later and the bonus had already been removed from my account without any notification.

Tried to withdraw on Tuesday and the support chat just closed mid-conversation while I was explaining my issue. They sent an email telling me to contact chat again, which is pretty circular logic.
