Sehr geehrter ikekund,
vielen Dank für Ihre Bestellung in unserem Online-Shop und die Bewertung. Wir bedauern, wenn es im Zusammenhang mit dem Versanddienstleister zu Problemen gekommen ist. Um diese zukünftig abzustellen benötigen wir allerdings ein paar mehr Informationen, worin genau das Problem bestanden hat. Unsere Erfahrungen mit GLS sind durchaus positiv, wobei es natürlich möglich ist, dass Auslieferungen in einigen Regionen mal besser und mal schlechter funktionieren, aber das hat häufig mit den handelnden Personen vor Ort zu tun und lässt sich vermutlich über jeden Versanddienstleister so berichten. Wenn Sie bei einer zukünftigen Bestellung einen anderen Versanddienstleiter als GLS bevorzugen bitten wir Sie, uns darüber zu informieren, dann können wir versuchen, dieses zu berücksichtigen.
