Good buying experience.
Actually the phone strap was out of stock and I waited until it was back again. I did ask a couple of questions before confirming my order and the staff was attentive and helpful, and they promised to handle my order asap.

A birthday gift
I bought the Japan Blossom for iPhone 13 pro max as a birthday gift for my sister and I also had the ring holder printed with her name. She loves it and her phone has been wearing the cover ever since! The service from Polar Polar was excellent. They replied to my emails and refunded me the shipping fee promptly once it was agreed that it did not meet the stated number of delivery day as per website. All in all, it was a pleasant experience for me.
