I bought a new Gallien Krueger Legacy 112 bass amp from Polar's Ebay store in late December 2022. The amp came with a 2 year warranty, and I wanted the security which came from buying a new amp with a warranty should any issues arise.

The amp has only been used a handful of times. Always at home, never gigged, and never at anything approaching full volume.

The amp developed an audible fault, a sizzling sound which is extremely irritating.

I contacted Polar expecting this to be resolved under the warranty. They had me fill in a warranty repair form online, which seemed fine.

They then refused to help as they are no longer the UK supplier for Gallien Krueger. They told me to contact Andertons as they are now the GK agent.

No piece of proof of purchase has been adequate for Andertons. I have a new amp with a fault. There appears to be little will for Andertons to help, but I can't blame them. They didn't sell me the amp.

Polar have the gall to still be selling the amp on their site as I am writing this (26/4/23). I would hope that they have the decency to point out that they will not participate in any way should any issues arise with the amp (other than to tell them to go to Andertons). Polar have taken my money and essentially washed their hands of the matter. They have taken no responsibility whatsoever. Their customer service in my case has been abject.

I could have bought a second hand amp and saved my money.

Polar have been dire, absolutely dire.

Bought a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro's from Polar in January of 2023, worked great for a couple of months until I started having issues, but after submitting a repair request with Polar they were quick to accept the repair and I sent the headphones back, contacted their support team multiple times during the process, the repair took 3 weeks, which felt a bit long, but when I contacted them to find out what was taking so long they were quick to reply and let me know that they were waiting on a part to be delivered to complete the repair. got them back today and they are working better than ever!

Had an issue with a product, after 2 months. Sent to the repair team, they took a while and after a little push they was willing to just replace the product for me as the part to repair them was taking to long. After all has been said and done, ill give them 5 stars, good customer support and they tried their best and in the end, gave me a replacement. Got my replacement today, so thought ill give a review as my token of thanks. Highly recommend these guys. 10/10

Great price, fast shipping, quality service & product! What more can you ask for?

I bought a pair of Beyerdynamic MMX 150s as a backup to my Steelseries Arctis 9X Headset. As expected from a Beyerdynamic Headset the sound quality is incredible and the custom 40mm drivers deliver a clear studio quality sound that really immerses you into the game.

I personally loved testing them on Battlefield 2042 and being able to hear enemy footsteps before seeing them, it almost felt like having wall hacks enabled.

The Microphone is also a thing of beauty by being able to block out excess noise in my space and making my comms crystal clear.

The only downsides are the fact that the on-ear functionality does not work on consoles due to the connectivity options so if you are a console gamer it's not the best pick-up for quality of life features, however, if you game on PC this is an incredible choice and at £109 you really can't go wrong.

I just bought an integrated amplifier from audiologica my first purchase from them, I found Richard to be extremely helpful in every way his customer care is second to none and delivery was super quick I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be purchasing products from them in the future
