I ordered it on Amazon. (Light brown)
I've tried twice, both following the instructions and following other users' tips, and it doesn't do anything except make my hair feel nicer. Even after 40 minutes, still alllll the greys are present. Disappointing.

Easy to apply color. Doesn't seem to damage my hair by making it look frizzy.

Its still early days for the product but happy so far...firstly delivery was pretty quick and efficient..
My first application, I'm generally all over white on top with grey sides. The polar colour made the top a natural looking black and left the sides salt &pepper. It looked so natural and those i know said ig looks amazing...after a week it started to go a more brown colour, but due to my exercise etc I have to wash my hair daily...my second application due to the browning was done dry as the instructions said this is better. I looked up after 5 mins and was freaked out I was going to go fake emo black so washed out, phew. Not that bad...it'll take a while to find my perfect application frequency and timing but I'm ultimately happy with the product...

Apparently, this hair color shampoo has higher concentrations of chemicals. Which colors your hair in ten minutes. Sounds great right... Wrong!! So wrong. I have chemical burns on my scalp. Apparently, the PPD ingredients are a lot stronger.
And are a contact allergen. Contact dermatitis itchy flaky scalp. The first time I used it My scalp didn't burn at all. It progressively got worse buyer beware. I've used box color for several years. No problems. I tried the madison reed line. No problems. Hair color shampoo in ten minutes. A little too good to be true.

Love that your product doesn't contain the harsh chemicals found in box dyes.
I received my order and one of my containers arrived damaged with some loss of product. When i sent an email with pictures to advise, your customer service responded almost immediately and sent out a free replacement just as quickly. Exceptional customer service.

Lightened dark blonde/light brown roots, along with covering gray at temples. Did left a brassy hue on roots, so using a purple shampoo (toner) was necessary to tone down the orange brassiness. Application was easy. Fragrance light and pleasant even for those who are sensitive to strong smells. Did not cover evenly and left a darker blonde spot in the center of scalp. Hair felt soft afterwards. Works well if you need to extend time between highlights.

this is the best hair color ive ever used. Im a very low maintenance person- it lasts for a ling time and you don't need a lot! its brilliant and natural and a game changing product for me.

Well my order took a little while to get here. Boy major but it was long and know I don't have that information on order date and or delivery date. Sorry.

I wasn't so sure about putting it on to my dry hair but I did it and it took awhile. I was almost late but I got it in on time.
It's been two weeks and I can see all the grey in my hair. I will still use it as long as I can afford it. It's kinda hard to make the payment work for me. I will have to
Double check things. By right now I do not need another bottle. Hopefully you will change the product to make it last longer and really cover the very grey hairs.

I was skeptical that this was going to work, but was very pleasantly surprised. It worked as advertised and it’s a few weeks since I used it and the grays are still covered.

This was my 3rd order and all I can say is it works.

They delivered the product quickly.
First use was a bit scary. Some irritation.

But wish I had gone with a darker color as their colors are true colors where otc box dyes tend to be darker.

Nice refreshing color. Missed a few spots but I can see that this can replace my regular hair color which contains too many chemicals. I hope to keep using this product.

I like it very much , it appears to be gentle on the scalp and it covers pretty well. The color is natural looking and it leaves the hair soft and manageable. The only downside is side is it needs to be used more often than a permanent color. But that being said I will continue to use it because it is gentle.

I was hesitant about coloring my own hair but frankly, I'm extremely pleased with the result. It looks natural and my hair feels so much healthier.
