Outstanding service & quality
We just recieved our first case for our Avantis from Polcase. From the beginning the customer service was very quick, all of our questions got answered and the team made it possible to put 2 Schuko and 2 Swiss 230V sockets in the case.
There was one problem with the swiss custom and tax and we asked the case to be shipped close to the border in order we could ex- and import it ourselves. Polcase would have preferred to ship it directly to our address in Switzerland, but they made our request possible.
The quality of the case is very good, but we did not yet use it on the road, but soon will.
The many extra details, like LED lights, aluminum drawers, the detachable wheel plate, the many different holders for tablets, notebooks, headphones etc. make this case outstanding compared to other manufacturers.
