WATCH OUT! Your phone bill will be VERY high if you don’t make sure your phone automatically connects with their extremely expensive satellite system, which it WILL if you don’t take action against it.

Our family paid more for the phone bills than the boat tickets, and nobody warned us. We got a text message from the phone company, but then it was already too late. It takes a minute to skyrocket the phone bill.

The trip itself was ok. Some of the staff are very kind, some are more or less rude, also in the Swedish harbor Nynäshamn.

On our day of departure I found out that I accidently had misbooked our ferry mixing the dates up. Polferries and mr. Marek fixed this without problems and no extra charge. Stellar service!

Company is very old school, for example you can't edit your reservation online etc but they are always very helpful over the phone. Never had any issue with them.
