Charged 400 euros for delivery for a sofa and a bed which they unloaded in 5 minutes in the street. Complete ripoff. The cost of delivery was more than the bed

I didnt even buy the furniture due to their horrible behaviour. I went to the shop in limassol and the employee was rude and dismissive, telling me to just order the furniture online. I was so upset that i just left. If this is the behaviour before you pay them, i wouldnt want to be chasing after them for any issues regarding the furniture. Rude, very rude.

Ordered on line a vanity unit. They took my money and then I waited and waited, chased and chased. Eventually it arrived - damaged it had not been packaged properly by Polihome and so the items fell out. Contacted Polihome, sent photos - no response. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Their prices are fake. We tried to buy a bed and mattress, but once we started the purchase at the counter they started added extras that weren't included in the price tag...bed frames, shipping, transport etc. they get you with a good looking price then ramp them up thinking your an idiot. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely useless company, from start to finish!
We explicitly informed Polihome that we would need the furniture delivered for a specific week when we would be in Cyprus from the UK.
We gave them 5 months notice and they failed to deliver and didn’t bother to apologise either.
When we did finally get our furniture delivered, they then informed us our wardrobe was damaged!!!
You have been warned. Stay well clear!

Beaware scammers. Innacurage description of product, once i told them i wish to return my product they stopped replying to emails.

The delay to deliver is outrageous. Ordered early October and arrived almost mid January. The excuse was that waiting time ("40 to 50 days") meant 49 to 50 WORKING days. Who does that? Quality was average. We chose to assemble it ourselves but the instructions were missing and spent hours figuring it out.

Where to begin you order item in my case a bed wait over 6 weeks for you chase up all the time where item is.
The mattress is damaged by delivery driver dragging on floor no compensation.
Also you question part bed missing to be told it had to be bought separate and have to pay again and wait a further 6 weeks so in total no bed sleeping on a sofa with one of my children for 12 weeks

Terrible! The worst company to buy from. Misleading about charges! 150 euros for delivery of 2 sofas one small and other 2 seater then 97 euros for assembly. Delivery and assembly equal 68% of total price of sofas. What a mistake to deal with!!
