As a Nail Tech, Polishpad helps make my business run so much smoother and takes out some of the stress/admin that I used to experience when I booked clients in directly. There are no hidden fees to surprise me like I’ve heard from other booking systems and u find their monthly subscription to be a fair but affordable cost for my small business. I have the Pro account and this provides me with so much info for how my business is growing. Clients also tell me that they find booking and finding out the information they need super easy. I was dubious as I’ve used booking systems before that haven’t served me well.
Oh my days - this system is revolutionary. It’s made my life so much easier. I’ve gained so much time and all the hard work is done for me.
In my first month of using polishpad, my revenue has literally DOUBLED. I hadn’t realised until I totalled up my earnings for that month. I’m blown away. Clients book their own appointments - no shows are a thing of the past as they all pay a deposit so I’m not losing money and Abi - the brains behind the system - is a gem, so lovely and helpful and talked me through the whole process.

I can’t speak highly enough of this booking system! I was struggling with double bookings and spending hours each night manually booking clients in through DM’s. As a nail tech have tried a few booking site for my business nothing come close to polishpad one of the most amazing features that am in love with is the fact that clients can send an image of are desired design. Polishpad is the best booking system I will never use another system, wheb Abi first contacted me and I was so busy setting up my bussines it took me a while to get back to her she was so paient with me and was there as soon as I got back.
