Our boiler broke down and Jack was able to order a replacement and have it installed within 3 / 4 days , he was very efficient at managing diaries and accommodating given it was mid December. His plumbers (Dan and Egis) were super efficient and friendly and did a very thorough job, all at a competitive rate.

The plumbers were really excellent. Very responsive, very professional and efficient.

Polkadot replaced my boiler & radiators, which included a chemical system flush, mag filter & limescale inhibitor fitting, plus wireless Nest thermostat. Boiler came with a 10yr warranty. They were working with an ancient central heating system that still used the old school microbore pipework, but this wasn't an issue for them at all. They did a superb job. Highly professional, taking proper care, with excellent attention to detail. Truly brilliant. And unlike some of the quotes I received, extremely fairly priced. Can't recommend them enough.

Jonathan showed impressive competence and helped analyse the problem with the old boiler location and help provide a new, innovative solution. All installed professionally and in good time. Liked the guys so much they are now doing my bathroom!

Polkadot Plumbers were indeed amazing as the previous reviews confirms. Initially our bathroom refurbishment had to be delayed due to Covid, and Jack fully understood that. Once a date had been agreed, they turned up on time every time. I thought we gave them a particularly tricky brief but they came through with flying colours and always gave us good advice when discussing ways to complete the work, checking with us first. On at least 2 occasions during the job they stayed late into the evening and never once complained, saying we have to fix this for you before we leave for the night. All the staff were very polite, tidy and they always cleaned up at the end of each day. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. I m sure there are other plumbers who provide a similar service but for us, if we ever need a plumber again, Jack and his team will be our first port of call.

Polkadot were great, Jack gave me some extremely helpful advice over the phone during a major leak so that I could rapidly turn off the stopcock, followed by Harry capping off the offending pipe and restoring the water supply the next morning. They were polite, professional and clean, I would recommend them without hesitation!

Prompt and efficient although had t o be called back to fix emerging leak from the new installation but did so without fuss.

Polkadot plumbers were excellent! We had a complicated job and knew we needed a really professional job. We found them online and had a good feeling about them. Instead of us having to throw away our toilet and buy a new one, the plumber they sent completely restored it over two days and bought new parts where necessary. There were some screws and fixings that had rusted and the plumber was able to fix it up so that not only is it in perfect working order, but it’s better than it was before! It’s like we got a new toilet but with the same body. We’re glad we didn’t have to replace it. The plumber was extremely polite and diligent and was able to explain to us what the problems were. He also really tidied up after himself. It indeed was a professional job and well worth the money. We will definitely turn to them next time we have a plumbing issue. We highly recommend them!
