Had an absolutely fantastic holiday staying in a beautiful apartment with Pollensa paradise. Lorraine was great and went above and beyond to arrange for our party to leave our bags at the apartment for several hours before the scheduled check-in. Also arranged a late check-out at no additional cost as we had evening flights, an absolute godsend with a baby and toddler. Everything was spotless and as expected from the pictures and description of the apartment online. Would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely use them again.

We are a family of 4 and arrived at the apartment we rented for a week. Upon arrival the apartment smelt of dogs. This was not stipulated when booking. I then inspected the mattresses and found mould and heavy soiling on it. There also looked like possible bedbug casings. I then pulled back the throw that was covering the sofa to which there was more staining. We were advised it was because it was a humid climate. We have stayed at this resort several times and never found this. We were then told they could change the mattress. In this case I felt the whole apartment would need fumigating because of the possibility of bedbugs. We were then told they could get us another apartment in 2 days time, this would have been an additional £600 on top of the £900. We had not seen the other apartment at all and were not confident it would have been in the same condition. We were also told it wasn't Pollensa Paradise responsibility to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment. They have refused any kind of refund. We ended up using our credit card and booking a hotel in a similar location. Very disappointed with the customer service and property they through was appropriate to rent out.
