The handling of Pollo AI is more than easy, You can earn credits for free by logging-in every day, invite friends, etc.
Unfortunately there is no possibility to create NSFW content, and many tries to generate a pic or vid went wrong and/or were rejected by system. Funny: AI generated picture cannot be taken as source, rejected by system, third party problems...

Malafide tool
I only bought my subscription one week ago, but so far I am experiencing the following issues: 1. Credits are mysteriously vanishing 2. the email adress for support bounces and there is no way to contact the company 3. the tool does not work most of the time.

Feel cheated as I subscribed in Feb based on no restrictions and paid for a year and by March new restrictions came in making it next to useless. No way of getting a refund either. Basically a scam!

Very bad service both on the website and from customer support. The site is extremely slow — every single generation takes 5-10 minutes, even for simple images. The biggest problem is their so-called competitions and events. These are nothing but a clever marketing strategy to attract and fool users. They show huge prizes and push "Most Active User" rewards. Unlike other AI platforms where winners are chosen based on the quality of creations (1st, 2nd, 3rd place), here it's purely based on who submits the most. This means the user with the most credits wins easily, gets more credits as a prize, and then dominates the next event too. If you check their winners on Discord or social media, you’ll notice the same names repeatedly — which is highly suspicious and feels like it could be their own team members. Even the participation rewards are misleading. Everyone knows generating images or videos now requires a lot of credits. I participated in their events and campaigns thinking it was a win-win — using credits to get more credits as rewards. But their event details never mention anything about expiration or validity. Most AI sites give permanent or long-validity credits as event rewards, so naturally I assumed the same. Instead, after the event ends, within a month all the credits simply expire without any prior notification or warning. There is no disclaimer anywhere. This is completely unfair. Our submissions are accepted, but the credits they give us vanish. We have every right to use those credits whenever we want. The same scam pattern repeats with their X (Twitter) and Instagram campaigns — they only give a reward code with a “thank you” message, no expiration details. Some rewards expire in 15 days, 20 days some in a within one month, with no fixed policy. They expire whenever they feel like it. If you complain, you get the same robotic reply about “validity period.” I personally participated in almost every event and campaign in January, February, and March, collecting credits for my projects. Due to some personal work, I couldn’t use them immediately. Suddenly, without any warning or notification, all my credits became 0 — even before one full month had passed. I don't have single credits left to use new models like Wan, Seedance 2.0 and all. And not find worthy to buy sub after all this experience. All that time, effort, and energy I spent on their events went completely to waste. I complained on X, Instagram, and Discord but received no proper reply. On Discord, the admin gave pre-recorded bot-like answers. It doesn’t feel like they have any real human customer support. ANOTHER MOST IMP thing I want to mention is that if anyone is planning to buy credits or monthly yearly plan, I recommend you to not to buy. The site lost all its complete freedom. Heavily censored. You can generate same things on other website with same model but you can't generate here. Pollo AI has been one of the most regrettable choices I’ve ever made. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY INVESTING MY TIME AND MONEY HERE. STAY AWAY AND HAPPY CREATING ELSEWHERE. DON'T GET FOOLED BY 4.3+ RATING.

At the same time, the platform retains the benefit of permanent credits: credits earned through daily check-ins will remain in your account indefinitely. Credits obtained through promotional events, however, are subject to time limits—for instance, credits earned by participating in CPP activities typically have a validity period of 30 days.
Regarding credits included in subscription plans (Monthly/Annual): the validity period for a single billing cycle is 30 days.
