I just had it for the first time today …

I just had it for the first time today I don't know if this one is a bad one or they all are but it was awful the chicken wasnt marinated tasteless no flavor not tender plain white rice bland no flavor black beans for 10.99 and drink extra! Asked for sweet Mango Iced tea warm no ice no mango not sweet won't be returning

"TropiChopped" OFF my daily menu!!!!

I will admit that the TropiChop is one of my favorite "Quick" foods...even if it isn't "fast food" due to the 'Vid closing indoor dining. So it's carry out or drive through only. TropiChop is not only tasty...but a decent value for the money (even though PT raised price about a buck...).
I WAS stopping by several times weekly until my orders started getting messed up! Wrong type of rice; not all veggies; no sauces....yada yada yada. Mind you it's ONLY DRIVE THROUGH or carry out. No dinig room to take care of. Management remarked business is "way up" without the dining area open.
When I called corporate to list my concerns over poor performance on several of my orders---all they did was have a member of Carrollwood restaurant management call and he basically debated my claims and concerns! Not even an apology! Nor did he offer to make up for their poor handling of my orders; I was going to be kind and accept an apology--but after he was curt and argumentative, I simply STOPPED GOING THERE! So their bottom line is affected; chances are, their poor service happens more often than not; either way, I HAVE and WILL sample other area competing restaurants....where I believe my business and financial support will be welcome and gratefully accepted.
