It took me a while that I found my right size on-line and I had to send back some article, unfortunately paid, but the quality of the articles I kept is very satisfsctory.

Really poor service. Bought two items on 48 hour delivery. Currently a week later and the products are described as “in transit” with no confirmed delivery date. Customer care won’t cancel the order or refund for the late delivery and cannot tell me when or even if I’ll get the delivery.

mixed - no doubts it is my fault when I thought this is somewhat from Polo (Ralph Lauren) but it is really a lookalike - I returned my stuff and the return was no problem.

I sent return back and it was received on the 15th December 2025.... It's shows as being delivered... The company are refusing to refund me because they haven't received it( got photo of proof of delivery)) and telling me by me sending it back , it's my responsibility and they take no responsibility if any problems. I've asked 12 times for money back and they will not refund..... As I ordered via klarna they are going to be dealing with them now. Stay clear because this company is dodgy

I returned my order on 01 December, and since then I have been waiting for my refund with no progress or concrete response.
I have contacted contact@poloclub multiple times regarding my refund for Order 7ZL3-2512-6795155. Every time, I receive the same automated reply stating that the refund will be processed within 5 days. Those 5 days pass, nothing happens, and the cycle repeats.
At this point, this is no longer a delay — it is poor customer service and lack of accountability. There is no proactive communication, no explanation, and no actual refund, despite repeated assurances.
I expect:
A clear confirmation of when the refund will be processed
The immediate return of my money, which has been outstanding since early December
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company.

I ordered a knitted top for my son for Christmas on the 27.11.25 and tracking has been stuck on ‘ in transit’ ever since. I am now very worried after reading other reviews. I spoke to a sales assistant in Ralph Lauren and she said she had never heard of this company and that it has nothing to do with Ralph Lauren . This company has obviously marketed itself to cheat people into thinking it is Ralph Lauren .

I have been buying coats and jackets from John Lewis, M&S, Next etc...for 25 years. Polo Club jacket is one size smaller than those from all those shops.
Also, delivery took 10 days despite charging 4.95£ which by the way is not refunded when product is returned.

Quality and fit are not matching with how it’s presented on the website. Be mindful when ordering, because return costs are charged, despite the wrong fit. And the customer service is extremely poor.

The color of the product in real life is different from the photos. I ordered the navy blue jacket and on the product images it looks navy blue but the product I received was more of a purple-like indigo blue. I know I pay for returns and that's the norm now, but then the returns are abnormally expensive! €15 for returns!

I had ordered a sweater, it was lovely! although i had an issue with size and wanted a refund, i was quite scared because of the other reviews, but their customer service is great and always reply promptly!
However the whole process does take a bit long.

I ordered a product on 17/10 and it was scheduled to be delivered on 23/10.
I decided i did not want the product anymore so instead of accepting the package and starting a return-procedure, i REFUSED the package at the door.
The mailman took it with him and they would return it to Polo Club. Now, DHL customer service have told me that there is an issue with the package and Polo Club needs to contact them to start an investigation since they are the shipper.
When i contact Polo Club, they tell me that once the package is received, i will receive a refund. First of all, i never received your package and i am not the one who returned it, so regardless if they receive it or not, i should receive a refund.
Second, DHL has clearly stated that there is an issue with the package so Polo Club is not going to receive it. It means if they don't take action, they will never resolve the problem with DHL and i will be scammed out of my money.

Items arrived fine and were good quality however I bought the items as a Christmas present mistaking polo club for Ralph Lauren as my son wanted. I processed my return packaging with the printable label and sent as the instructions informed. A week passed and I emailed the customer support but received no response, I have looked for a contact phone number but cant find one. As it stands I am almost £300 out of pocket with no items and no communication from Polo Club.

The design and fabrics used are absolutely fantastic, and the delivery service is also great. However, unfortunately, for returns, you have to print a code and pay a fee of up to 15 euros via postage.

I ordered two items from the Polo Club online shop on April 26, 2025, for €79.98 and never received them. The DHL tracking showed the package stuck in a branch for months with no update.
When I contacted the seller, they first claimed the items were on the way, then later said they had received them back and offered only a partial refund — even though I never got anything. I never received the parcial money they offered. They also asked me to fill out a DHL form to “find the package,” which was clearly their responsibility, not mine.
After months of back and forth and no action from the seller, I had to open a PayPal case to get my money back, and I obviously won the case. This had been reported to the customer protection service of Germany.
This whole process was stressful and unprofessional. I don’t recommend buying here .Be very cautious.
