My website looks pretty and the forms work well...but the bot keeps making up things and using a credit to put it on my page then I have to use another credit to take it off when I never asked for it in the 1st place. For legal reasons, there are certain words that can't be used. It uses them anyway (like broker and underwriter when I don't have a license to call myself that). Then I have to use another credit to remove it even though when I ask the bot admits it is aware that I said I'm not those things and please don't write that on my page. I also asked it to remove everything about auto loans. It took the credit to do that but the page is still there. At this point I think it would be easier to just hire a human. The company did give me a refund to fix the 1st set of mistakes...but it keeps happening

The creator behind this product has such a passion for it that Polsia has been meticulously designed. It’s very clear and intuitive, and it’s a joy to create what we’ve always dreamed of making.
A few areas for improvement: I don’t understand the payment aspects or how to legally report income; customer support could be faster since it’s handled by AI; and finally, I’ll be satisfied once the revenue becomes significant, because Polsia has become a bit slow and only runs smoothly in fits and starts.

Nothing has happened. I get reports and no results. I asked for the download function to be removed from the audio player and they can't seem to be able to do it. None of the things they have promised have materialized. I see this as a waste of money which can be used for other things.

Great tool to automate and build something fast. Nightly runs are the best.

I used Polsia to build an app and have spent about $100 on credits. The app still does not work: the public inquiry form says submissions were sent, but the Lead Inbox stays empty.

The AI told me the app was ready to publish, then that it needed more credits, and then that it was not ready after all and needed even more. Several tasks were marked "completed" for the same problem, each costing credits, and the problem is still there. Polsia's own daily reports later admitted that the customer-visible journey was not verified as working.

I also bought a domain for the app. The AI told me to wait 60 days and to contact support. When I contacted support, the reply again told me to go to support. I never got a real answer or concrete help.

The email responses are generic, ask questions instead of solving anything, and nobody takes responsibility for the failed fixes. I would not recommend buying credits until the platform reliably delivers working results and offers real human support.

I have worked with Polsia on my Christian youth app called BEACON for almost 60 days. It has been so simple and has been a success in my eyes with many registered and many times viewed. Every change I've asked for and ideas Polsia has given me, is helping to grow this Bible Verse learning app and applying it to the lives of kids and young adults. We deal with today's issues and how biblical truths can guide them daily. I will always give it a 10/10 100%. And it's affordable with 24 hrs service too since I am not making revenue from it. Polsia has made my idea come to life and I pray it reaches many to find the hope in Jesus.

I did not realize how much this would cost and getting started even has taken a bit but what do I know

I'm 64 years and trying so hard to start my own business with AI so I can leave my family a business . I enjoy this everyday and hoping someone subscribe and I earn an income to keep going. I really like doing this every day I look forward to this every day. Thanks again

Overall has been a good experience. The support team are very responsive when needed. They also are decent at listening to ideas for functionality. The only negative is the amount of Tasks that use credits when those tasks are related to things that are fixes of original build...

Love it. Its open the doors into owning a online business.

This is my first time working with AI in such a manner. I like that it does everything from soup to nuts. I find it to be very easy to use and not as intimidating as I thought I would be. .

Website looked cheap didn't work properly.
Problem with receiving payment on your side couldn't be fixed . Bank setup was confirmed and all good .
Deleted account for services not received.
No refunds policy totally sucks
Now stuck with a hosting page absolutely useless.
Totally feel ripped off

I have been trying Polsia for about 2 months, and the daily interaction is good. The issue I am seeing is with the value of the product or Return on Investment (ROI). The program makes daily changes and keeps me up to date on changes, but I have seen no increase in viewers to the website, no increase in sales calls or quote requests, and the work seems to be providing me limited value. I have this project set for 90 days to give it the opportunity to prove value. We are working together daily, and I hope that the commercial shown on TV and online is not a farce and that the truth will be shown in what is actually produced.

Polsia is not going to make you immediate money. The ads do make it seem like it, but you do need to give the AI some direction. The ideas for businesses are good, but it is not a do it all, you have to put in the work.

It's been a great experience, as I can tell the AI what to perform and queue them up and off they go. A bit of a learning curve on how to use/spend credits. I've learned to bundle requests together to maximize each credit.

Easy to use. The experience is great. Mostly hands free. Does the hard stuff for you.

If you have good business ideas but don’t know how to code, Polsia is a good platform to get your ideas out there. It takes a lot of the hard work off of your hands so you can focus on other things.
