I’m really upset about my couch

I’m really upset about my couch. The couch cushion is completely flattened throughout the entire couch, and even though the couch is beautiful aesthetically, with the leather and it’s color, the couch is so uncomfortable and I am considering buying a new couch somewhere else to replace this one. I want to keep my couch, and I’ve even thought to try to re-stuff the cushion since it is what we sit on. But I also don’t want to ruin the cushion. I’m really disappointed, this couch was purchased along with a matching bench.

Curves, Velvet, and Major Vibes

We ordered the Nimes Sofa in distressed green velvet, and it is stunning. The curves and fabric give it a luxurious, vintage-meets-modern feel that instantly elevates the room. The fixed cushions are surprisingly comfortable and always look perfectly styled, and the included throw pillows add just the right touch for cozy evenings in. It’s a statement piece that doesn’t sacrifice comfort—we couldn’t love it more.

Furniture order

I ordered kitchen chairs online from polyandbark.com. I was kept informed about the order and shipping dates. The chairs arrived within 10 days of the order and the quality of the chairs was very much appreciated. Accordingly, I would use polyandbark.com again in the future.

Absolutely pleased with Poly & Bark

Absolutely pleased with Poly & Bark - from the styles they offer to the quality of their pieces, and their customer service was lovely when I called to check on a delivery date. We have 4 chairs from them - 2 leather, 2 velvet, all amazing. They are packaged very well and with minimal assembly, if any. The fabrics are posher than expected - my husband regularly applauds my furniture selection as he loves the leather chairs the most. Super soft, leather - consistent in color and unmarred. The stuffing is comfortably firm - it doesn’t feel like it will go too soft anytime soon but it’s not like sitting on cement. Just extremely pleased. Will be back to shop for more pieces.

I order the leather sleeper sofa

I order the leather sleeper sofa. Leather quality is great. Sofa is firm and sturdy. Design is stylish. Price is much better than other retailer stores.

Suggestion: Definitely pay for the extra for the delivery folks to move the furniture to the designated area.

Lots of customer service contact…

Lots of customer service contact points— multiple checks from the delivery service to coordinate delivery timing etc.

Careful delivery and the couch itself is exactly what I wanted.

Only small complaint was that the delivery service took couch out of the box (enormous couch-sized box!), but then didn’t remove the box from the site.

Great looking furniture without being ripped off

I’ve purchased bar stools and dining room chairs from P&B and have been extremely happy with my purchases. Furniture has become incredibly expensive while quality has declined, and that’s where P&B differentiates itself. Their offerings are a great mix of quality, price, and style. Will continue to shop with them whenever we need more furniture

Love this company!

Absolutely love my new sofa! The leather is beautiful and has been holding up great with my pets…. Love this!! Needed assistance with scheduling delivery and their customer service team stepped in immediately and helped me. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Love the design hate the customer service

Love the design and materials used for the sofa, however the wood accents were heavily scraped and the damage ruined the entire look of the sofa. I sent photos in and asked for a solution. I was only offered 100.00 off the sofa and what I really wanted and asked for was a replacement. This was not an option. I believe the price for this sofa I should be receiving a product that is undamaged and not looking like a second hand furniture store. The process is frustrating leaves the consumer with no options.

My sofa was so soft and luxurious. The quality is excellent and has help up really well even with regular usage.
Love the Mid-Century look.
Would highly recommend this brand to family and friends.

Made a purchase of large sectional

Made a purchase of a large sectional. It was very well packed in two boxes. The delivery company communicated very well. I contacted customer service and received a quick response. The furniture i purchased is a very good value for quality. I absolutely recommend Polly and Bark. Keep up the great work!

Full grain leather at a reasonable price

Beautiful full grain sofa at a reasonable price. Delivered with care, and my 100lbs rottie isn’t destroying it, which is, you know, a plus. Would buy from them again, 10/10 do recommend.

Poor customer service and deceptive return policy. Beware

I ordered from Poly and Bark after reading the reviews. I bought the Lyon Sofa, ottoman, and an accent chair. The chair was great and I'm keeping but the sofa was very uncomfortable and need to return it. Read the fine print on the 100 days return policy. Jamal from Poly and Bark said they will schedule within 3 to 5 business days and that is not to pick it up. They will pick it up whenever the truck is full for return. It has been a week and nothing. When I called, Jamal who handles the returns seemed annoyed that I asked about the pick-up. You could be stuck with furniture for some time with no resolution. I am very disappointed in their customer service.
