Awful experience- steer clear!

I ordered in March, had an email to say it had been dispatched but when I tracked the order it had been returned to sender as address was incomplete. I contacted them straight away to ask for the order to be resent and included a pic of the original email confirmation which showed my full address. They then refunded my order! I ordered again as it’s a present for r my daughter’s birthday but the same thing happened again so now I’m not going to have it in time, you can’t even speak to customer services and they take ages to respond to messages and don’t even resolve anything. So frustrating! Will never order from them again.

Took 19 days to deliver

Took 18 days to dispatch in stock items. Customer services were slow and rude. Replies took days to come and ignored questions. They were also quite patronising.

I’ll not be ordering from them again.

Good prices; useless support

Edit: Updating this to three stars as after a little pushing, I did reach someone who was incredibly helpful and actually explained the delay and offered some solutions. The order has now turned up, but I'll leave the original one-star text below for other buyers to see...

Two weeks after ordering, no sign of dispatch, despite getting spammed with "last chance for Christmas delivery" emails since: yeah right.

Support first replied with a generic "hey, some times are busier than others" message before promising to escalate when I highlighted the FAQ they pointed me to had delivery times faster than they said in their email. There has been nothing since. Useless.

What a scam of a company

What a scam of a company. Ordered with black friday discount. Then got a email saying I can have another 15% off my order, when I asked, they said no, the order can not be amended. Why send the email out then?
Have had no update to the order.

Still no update to my order, have been asking for updates, but just receiving messages saying it is being processed. "We can not refund etc blah blah blah, you can send back if you want to after receiving them". Yeh right, when I receive. Going to contact my CC company tomorrow.

Another update. Sent back the albums that did eventually arrive. 1 was damaged and I couldn't accept just 1 of the albums and send the other back. So sent both back for a full refund. Clearly have Royal Mail proof that they were delivered back on the 6/1/2026, supplied proof to Polydor, but still no action or acknowledgement from them. Please, buy from elsewhere. Their discounts aren't brilliant, found one of my albums on Amazon at £2 more in the sale, and yet got it the next day.

Terrible customer service

Placed an order on 7th Nov. 3 weeks later it's still not even dispatched. I only found out because I contacted them that's it's been delayed. The website still has the original release date, which is obviously wrong. No offer to send the other items in the order, just wait or cancel. Terrible customer service.

Misleading listing — paid full price, missing all inclusions

Paid the full price for the “Dark Blood (New Version)” CD box set expecting the standard K-pop album experience, including photocards and other promised inclusions. Instead, I only received the photobook and CD — no photocards, poster, message card, or any of the extras listed in the product description. This was very disappointing, especially coming from an official UK music label. If the product wasn’t going to include the full set, the price and listing should’ve clearly reflected that.
