My parcel arrived so damaged the post office refused to give it to me and sent it back. I got in touch with the Pomelo team straight away and a new one is already on its way (same day).

I ordered a Set, in which I appreciated being able to select the products that suit me best.
Website is punchy, clear and easy to use.
After my order, I quickly realized I made a mistake in a product I chose, so I sent an email to the customer service.
